Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday at the Jackson Avenue Holiness Church with the Rev. E. W. Roy officiating. Burial will be in the Dock's Creek Cemetery, Kenova. He was born Dec. 16, 1922, in Kanawha County, W.Va., a son of the late Elmer and Leona Smith Chandler. He was formerly employed at Inmont Chemical Company in California. He was a member of the A.F. & A.M. of California Santa Anna Masonic Lodge No. 241; El Bekal Shrine of Long Beach, Calif; Knight Templar of California Santa Anna Commandery No. 36; Select Masters of California Santa Anna Council No. 14; Royal Arch Mason of California Santa Anna Chapter No. 73 ; Santa Anna Chapter No. 389 O. E. S.of Calif; V.F.W. Post 1064 and D.A.V. Post 002 both of Huntington.
